59sec is a simple-to-use system that will help your company to follow up leads under 59 seconds.

How does 59sec work?
The potential client enters on your website and fills in your contact form
When he press send, your sales agents are notified on mobiles, tablets and computers
First one available grabs the lead and calls the lead.
After the call is completed, the agent goes to CRM
If a lead is not answered in due time, the agents receive reminders after 10 and 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes the leads are not grabbed, the boss will receive a notification.
Of course, you have access at statistics.

Sales agents notifications when new leads kicks in
Notifications are send via mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) and via browser (when logged in).
In order to receive the notifications, the agents must install the 59sec mobile app and enter their own unique secret key (generated in 59sec interface)
Lead Management
After the sales agents are notified that a new lead was generated, the agent will go to the list of leads. Here are available ALL leads, in reverse chronological order.
When the agent hit "GRAB IT" button, he receives a confirmation that the lead is indeed atributed to him/her.
After Grabbing, the agent will call the lead.
After the call is completed, from mobile or from computer, he/she will go to the CRM (either 59sec CRM, either their own CRM)
Reminders + Boss Notifications
If a lead is not grabbed in 10 or 30 minutes, the agents receive reminders (on mobile/email).
If a lead is not grabbed in 30 minutes (or other time period), the boss will receive a notification.
Statistics
The managers get access to real time statistics, with average response time per agent, per month and per type of status.
Of course, you can set your own statuses if you want (not taken, follow-up, junk, client, etc).
